O.C.G. had initially been deported to Mexico in March under policies implemented during the Trump administration. U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy, in an earlier ruling, determined that O.C.G., a Guatemalan migrant, had been wrongly removed without proper due process and despite his expressed fears of persecution. The judge emphasized that the deportation process
