Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has revealed that Iran has targeted former U.S. President Donald Trump as its number-one threat, with plans to assassinate both Trump and Netanyahu as part of its nuclear ambitions. In an exclusive interview with Fox News, Netanyahu detailed how Iran had designated Trump as ‘enemy number one’ for his decisive actions, including the assassination of Qasem Sole, and for halting Iran’s nuclear enrichment. He also disclosed that a missile had been fired into the bedroom window of his home, highlighting the ‘imminent threat’ of Iran’s nuclear and ballistic missile capabilities.
Netanyahu emphasized that Israel’s preemptive strikes against Iran’s nuclear program were necessary to protect global security, as Iran aims to develop nuclear weapons and thousands of ballistic missiles within a few years. He described the operation, coined as Operation Rising Lion, as one of the greatest military operations in history and stated that Israel is not only defending itself but also safeguarding the entire world from the regime’s threats. In the interview, Netanyahu addressed the Iranian people, claiming they had been oppressed for 50 years by the same Islamic regime that has long threatened to destroy the State of Israel.
Netanyahu also expressed his belief that negotiations with the terrorism-sponsoring regime were clearly ‘going nowhere,’ emphasizing the necessity for aggressive action. He stated that Israel is prepared to do whatever is necessary to eliminate the nuclear and ballistic missile threat Iran poses to the world.
