Economy Ministry to Launch Online Monitoring System for 2030 National Energy and Climate Plan by 2025

The Ministry of Economy has announced the development of an online monitoring system for the National Energy and Climate Plan (NECP) by the end of 2025. This initiative, led by an interdepartmental working group, will provide real-time tracking of progress toward the NECP’s 2030 targets. The system is designed to enhance coordination across government departments responsible for implementing the plan.

The NECP, which outlines the country’s energy and climate strategies until 2030, has been a central focus of policy discussions in recent years. The new monitoring system is expected to improve transparency and accountability in achieving the plan’s goals, including reducing greenhouse gas emissions and increasing renewable energy usage.

Policies related to the NECP have been a key component of the government’s climate action agenda. The creation of the online monitoring system reflects a commitment to data-driven governance and sustainable development. Officials emphasized that the tool will facilitate informed decision-making and public engagement in the energy transition process.
