12 International Health Agreements Signed at URC 2025, Worth Over EUR 200 Million

A significant step forward in international aid for Ukraine’s healthcare sector was marked by the signing of 12 international agreements worth over EUR 200 million during the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 (URC 2025) in Rome last week. The agreements cover a range of initiatives, including the procurement of medical equipment, the establishment of new healthcare facilities, and collaboration on medical research and training programs.

The conference, which brought together representatives from over 50 countries and international organizations, highlighted the global commitment to supporting Ukraine’s recovery efforts. These agreements are expected to significantly enhance the country’s healthcare infrastructure and improve access to essential medical services for its citizens.

Key partners in these agreements include the European Union, the United States, and various non-governmental organizations. The funding will be allocated to various projects aimed at modernizing Ukraine’s healthcare system, including the expansion of hospital capacity and the procurement of critical medical supplies.
