The Kyiv City State Administration has announced that the Zhytniy Rynok building, situated at 16 Verkhniy Val Street in the Podilskyi district of Kyiv, will soon be awarded monument status. This decision was communicated through the administration’s Telegram channel on Thursday, indicating that the process is set to be completed within the upcoming month. Following the granting of monument status, the administration intends to formally apply to the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine for the building’s recognition as a cultural heritage object.
