Ukraine’s MFA and Red Cross Society Forge New Cooperation Agreement

On July 25, during the annual meeting of heads of foreign diplomatic missions, Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sybiha and Director General of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine, Maksym Dotsenko, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Red Cross Society of Ukraine. The agreement was announced by the ministry’s press service and aims to strengthen joint efforts in humanitarian aid and international diplomacy.

The memorandum outlines a framework for collaboration that includes coordinating humanitarian efforts with international partners, enhancing the delivery of aid to affected populations, and fostering diplomatic relations through shared goals. This partnership is expected to streamline the process of requesting international aid and improve the effectiveness of aid distribution in times of crisis.

Both officials emphasized the importance of this agreement in supporting Ukraine’s ongoing humanitarian needs and promoting solidarity with global partners.
