The Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) has issued a warning about a fraudulent Telegram channel named “100 years of mercy” (Sto Rokiv Myloserdia) that is allegedly offering cash payments to citizens. The organization is urging people to be cautious and not engage with the channel.
