Nova Poshta Expands Parcel Locker Network, Aiming for 1,200 by 2025

Nova Poshta, a leading express delivery company in Ukraine and a member of the Nova Group, has announced the installation of over 200 custom-designed parcel lockers in major cities including Kyiv, Kharkiv, Rivne, Dnipro, and Odesa. This strategic move is part of the company’s broader initiative to modernize its logistics infrastructure and improve the customer experience. The parcel lockers are designed to provide a secure and convenient method for customers to access their packages, reducing the need for in-person visits to delivery points.

The company has set an ambitious target to install an additional 1,000 parcel lockers by the end of 2025, which will further expand its reach and enhance its service offerings. This expansion is expected to increase the efficiency of the delivery process while also contributing to the overall growth of the logistics sector in Ukraine. The initiative also aligns with the company’s focus on technological innovation, as the use of parcel lockers represents a shift towards more digital and contactless delivery solutions.

Nova Poshta’s move is part of a larger trend in the logistics industry, where companies are increasingly adopting smart technologies to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction. By investing in parcel lockers, the company aims to meet the growing demand for faster and more reliable delivery services, which has been further intensified by the rise of e-commerce in Ukraine. The expansion of the parcel locker network is likely to have positive implications for the company’s operational efficiency and its ability to compete in the dynamic logistics market.
