Ukrainian Special Forces of the Main Intelligence Agency (GUR) have successfully intercepted a Russian military advance in the Sumy region, as reported by official Ukrainian military sources. The engagement, which took place in the eastern part of Sumy, involved more than eight enemy companies attempting to push forward into the area. According to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, these forces were successfully repelled, with significant losses reported among the invading units.
