Woody Allen’s Undated Letter to Jeffrey Epstein Praised His ‘Castle Dracula’ Mansion and Dinner Parties

Woody Allen is alleged to have written an undated letter to Jeffrey Epstein, comparing the financier’s New York mansion to ‘Castle Dracula,’ and praising Epstein’s extravagant dinner parties. The letter, obtained by the New York Times, details Allen’s experiences attending these events with his wife, Soon-Yi, and includes comments on the food and social interactions at Epstein’s residence. The letter also highlights the initial meager meal experience, which improved over time with Allen’s wife’s intervention.

Epstein, a convicted sex offender, was found dead in his Manhattan jail cell in 2019. The letter, which was reportedly sent to Epstein in 2016, includes Allen’s description of the mansion and its opulent yet somewhat unsettling atmosphere. Epstein’s accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, is currently serving a 20-year sentence for sex trafficking, with her defense team opposing the release of grand jury transcripts from her case.

The case has also drawn attention to Trump’s involvement with Epstein and his recent stance on the DOJ’s handling of the case. Trump, who was among the many high-profile figures in Epstein’s social circle, had previously brushed off growing calls from MAGA supporters to unveil more information about Epstein’s case after the late financier was accused in 2019 of engaging in sex trafficking and sexual abuse of underage women.

But a renewed public focus on Trump’s relationship with Epstein prompted the president to shift his stance and claim that while some of the files were fabricated by Democrats, the DOJ should release what it could.
