The Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) has released survey results indicating that a majority of Ukrainians reject Russia’s proposed peace plan. The survey, conducted from July 23 to August 4, 2025, shows that 76% of respondents categorically oppose the Russian terms, which include significant military reductions, renouncement of NATO membership, and territorial concessions to Russian control. Only 17% express willingness to accept these terms, while 54% support a joint proposal with Europe. The findings highlight the Ukrainian public’s firm stance against Russian demands and their preference for closer European alignment.
