Chinese National Sentenced to Four Years for Sabotaging Employer’s Systems with ‘Kill Switch’

Former software developer Davis Lu, a Chinese national residing legally in Houston, has been sentenced to four years in prison and three years of supervised release for installing malicious code on his former employer’s systems, including a
