DOJ Task Force Report Alleges Anti-Christian Bias Under Biden Administration

A task force led by former Attorney General Pam Bondi has released a report accusing the Biden administration of weaponizing the federal government against Christians. The document highlights numerous instances of what it describes as systemic anti-Christian bias across various federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, Education, and Justice Department. The task force, created by Trump, claims the Biden administration failed to protect religious freedoms, with specific examples including the targeting of Christian universities and the prosecution of religious speech under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.

The report, obtained exclusively by Fox News Digital, outlines the task force’s findings of anti-Christian bias during the Biden administration, including the denial of religious exemptions for the coronavirus mandates and the imposition of high fines on Christian universities. It also criticizes the Department of Justice for prosecuting individuals for praying outside abortion facilities but not protecting places of worship and crisis pregnancy centers. Additionally, the task force found the Department of State provided limited humanitarian aid to Christians compared to other religious groups and imposed policies that conflicted with the religious beliefs of many Americans, including the use of preferred pronouns and rainbow flags.

The task force also pointed to the Department of Labor’s dismantling of its faith-based initiatives office and its replacement with a diversity, equity, and inclusion office. The report criticizes the Department of Housing and Urban Development for removing Christian holiday posts from social media while keeping posts for other religious events. The task force held its first meeting in April and is continuing its investigation to fully assess the scope of the alleged anti-Christian bias in the federal government. A final report is expected by February 2026.
