South Koreans Express Fear and Anger Over U.S. Immigration Raids

South Koreans who were arrested in a recent Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raid in Ellabell, Georgia, have described their fear and anger over the incident. Some of the workers, including Nate Cho, a South Korean man who was arrested in the raid, mentioned that although they had entered the U.S. under unclear circumstances, they had always intended to return home.

Cho, who was photographed near his home in Seoul, Korea, on Tuesday, emphasized that the arrest was not a permanent settlement for him and his fellow workers. This has led to concerns and a wave of resentment among South Koreans toward U.S. immigration policies, highlighting the growing tensions between the two countries on this issue.
