Formerly Deported Individual Charged with Six Deaths in Napa County Crash

In a tragic incident in California on September 7, 53-year-old Norberto Celerino, also known by multiple names including Beto Celerino Villalva and Roberto Savaringo-Diabla, has been charged with murder after a car crash in Napa County left six people dead and one severely injured.

According to ICE, Celerino has a history of multiple deportations to Mexico since his unauthorized entry into the United States in 1995. He has faced several charges, including DUI offenses and possession of cocaine, resulting in his deportation multiple times.
