The eighth Ministerial Roundtable on Support for Ukraine is set to convene on October 15 during the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank (WB) in Washington, D.C. This roundtable, organized with the participation of WB Governor Ajay Banga and IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva, will focus on the ongoing efforts to provide financial and economic support to Ukraine amid the continued conflict with Russia.
The meetings will bring together officials from various countries and international financial institutions to discuss measures aimed at stabilizing Ukraine’s economy, supporting its recovery, and ensuring sustainable development. The discussions are expected to cover topics such as debt sustainability, financial assistance, and the broader implications of the war on global economic policies and international cooperation.
