The Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, has disclosed that Russian occupation authorities in Crimea have been systematically committing human rights violations. Over 700 cases have been documented since the start of 2025, with residents enduring constant pressures, intimidation, and restrictions on their basic social, economic, and cultural rights. The occupied territory remains under the grip of systemic repression, as individuals face persecution, illegal arrests, and other forms of harassment by the occupying forces.
