Networks have been accused of exhibiting broadcast bias by depicting the Trump administration and National Guard as dangerous lawbreakers during deportation efforts, while portraying illegal immigrants as peaceful neighbors. The networks rarely highlight immigration polls, but a recent New York Times survey found that 54% of registered voters favor deporting illegal immigrants — a figure unchanged from earlier polls.
