Leaked Footage Reveals Belichick and Hudson’s Discontent with Graphics Team on TV Show

Leaked footage has surfaced showing Bill Belichick, the head football coach of the University of North Carolina, and his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, engaging in a behind-the-scenes conversation during the filming of Belichick’s TV show, “Coach,” which aired on the Underdog Network in 2023. The video, obtained by sports journalist Pablo Torre Finds Out, captures the couple discussing the graphics for the show in a meeting room. Hudson, whose input on the show has drawn attention for its visibility, could be heard suggesting improvements to the graphics team, mentioning the use of Adobe Photoshop and describing the process as “click, click, click.” Belichick, on the other hand, was clearly frustrated with the graphics team’s work, with one segment of the video revealing him saying, “They can’t do s—.” The leak has intensified discussions about the coach’s management style and his relationship with the media, especially in light of the team’s recent struggles on the field.

While the University of North Carolina did not immediately respond to requests for comment, NFL Films, which used its studios for the filming, denied any involvement in the leak, stating that it had no reason to believe the footage came from its offices. The incident has further sparked speculation about the influence Hudson has had on Belichick’s media appearances, particularly after her involvement in a controversial CBS interview earlier in the year. Belichick had previously asked UNC staff to include Hudson on emails, a move seen as an attempt to manage potential social media backlash, which has been significant given the team’s 2-3 start to the season. With the team set to face Cal in Berkeley, California, on Friday night, the situation remains a focal point of discussion, both within the university and in wider sports circles.
