Indiana Transgender Student Pleads Guilty to Plotting Valentine’s Day School Shooting

According to authorities, the plot was uncovered when the FBI in Indianapolis received a tip and cooperated with local police to investigate. The tip mentioned that Shockley planned a shooting, had access to an AR-15 rifle, and had ordered a bulletproof vest. The FBI stated that they
