Ukraine Recovers 17 Children from Occupied Territories

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s administration has been working closely with local authorities to ensure the safe return of children taken by Russian forces. The Bring Kids Back UA initiative has been a key component of Ukraine’s strategy to counter the occupation and protect civilian populations. In a recent statement on his Telegram channel, Andriy Yermak, the head of the presidential office, announced that 17 children and teenagers had been successfully rescued from occupied territories.

This operation marks a significant milestone in Ukraine’s ongoing efforts to reclaim areas under Russian control. The rescued children are being provided with immediate medical attention, psychological support, and are being reunited with their families. Officials have emphasized the importance of the mission, highlighting the government’s commitment to the safety and well-being of Ukrainian civilians. The operation was conducted in coordination with international partners, including countries providing military and humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

Andriy Yermak’s announcement comes amid ongoing tensions in the conflict, with both sides continuing their military operations. The success of the rescue mission is seen as a victory for Ukraine’s resilience and determination. However, the situation remains complex, and further operations are expected as the government continues its efforts to liberate all occupied territories.
