The National Association of Insurers of Ukraine (NAIU) has released its latest data on the country’s insurance market, showing that the top five insurers by collected premiums in the first nine months of 2025 remained largely unchanged from the same period in 2024. This stability highlights the resilience of the Ukrainian insurance sector despite ongoing economic challenges.
Leading the market with UAH 5.717 billion in collected premiums is TAS, followed by ARX with UAH 4.238 billion, INGO with UAH 3.830 billion, VUS, and UNIQA. The data from the PRIMA information exchange project indicates that these companies have maintained their positions, suggesting continued confidence in their services and products.
The NAIU report provides insight into the performance of the Ukrainian insurance industry, with the top five companies showing consistent growth in their premium collections. This stability could be attributed to factors such as increased demand for insurance products, a stable regulatory environment, and the ongoing efforts of these companies to adapt to market conditions.
However, the economic climate in Ukraine remains a key factor influencing the insurance sector. With potential challenges such as inflation, currency fluctuations, and geopolitical uncertainties, the ability of these leading insurers to maintain their positions is a testament to their financial resilience and strategic positioning.
