Petro Poroshenko, a Ukrainian MP and leader of the European Solidarity party, has accused the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of failing to procure Mavic drones for the defense forces, despite allocated funds. The accusation came during the transfer of aid to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Poroshenko pointed out that the agency, which is responsible for managing communications and information protection, was supposed to purchase drones as part of the military’s equipment enhancement efforts. However, the MP claims that the drones were not acquired, despite the funds being allocated.
