Rep. Thomas Massie Remarries After Wife’s Passing, Seeks Continued Support

Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., recently announced his remarriage to Carolyn Grace Moffa following the death of his wife last year. The congressman, who is facing a Trump-backed primary challenge, shared the news on his X account, stating they were legally married on October 19 in Kentucky by the pastor of their church. The wedding celebration took place around the weekend at a Christian ceremony in Pennsylvania, where Carolyn is from.

Massie also noted that several lawmakers attended the festivities, including Senator Rand Paul and Representatives Jim Jordan, Warren Davidson, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and Victoria Spartz. He further revealed that their initial meeting was years ago, when Carolyn worked for Senator Rand Paul as an Ag policy staffer until 2016. He described her as a proponent of the ‘Making America Healthy Again’ initiative and highlighted the significance of the celebration for both their personal and political lives.

The congressman, who is seeking re-election, is facing a Trump-backed primary challenge. In addition to his personal announcement, he asked people to pray for his family as Carolyn steps into his political journey. Massie emphasized his commitment to continue fighting for freedom for the citizens of Kentucky.
