Ukraine’s State Budget Revenues Surge 26.4% in 10 Months of 2025

Ukraine’s Finance Ministry has released figures showing a significant rise in state budget revenues for the first 10 months of 2025. Revenue from taxes, fees, and mandatory payments to the general and special funds reached UAH 2.97 trillion, marking a 26.4% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Meanwhile, cash expenditures rose by 21.3% to UAH 4.06 trillion, signaling increased fiscal pressures as the country navigates its economic recovery efforts.
