Khashoggi’s Widow Calls for U.S. Pressure on Saudi Arabia to Return Remains

Hanan Elatr Khashoggi, the wife of the late journalist Jamal Khashoggi, has called on the U.S. government to pressure Saudi Arabia to return her husband’s remains. The couple, who married in 2018, were recently granted visas to live in the U.S., where Hanan now resides with her family in Washington, D.C. The State Department has not yet made any public statements regarding Han’ans request. Meanwhile, Hanan has been granted a visa to reside in the U.S., allowing her to stay with her brother and mother in Washington, D.C.
