A major pipeline company, which achieved a landmark legal decision against Greenpeace earlier this year, is now seeking to have a countersuit in the Netherlands dismissed by a North Dakota court. This follows a court ruling earlier this year that found Greenpeace liable for its participation in the demonstrations against the Dakota, N.D., in September 2016.
