Poland has accused Russian-backed separatists of attempting to sabotage a critical railway line to Ukraine, with two devices intended to derail trains failing in an attack. The suspects have fled the country, according to Prime Minister Donald Tusk. Inspectors are currently examining the site of a blast near Mika, Poland, which occurred on Sunday.
