Ivanka Trump’s Paddleboarding Routines Promote Health and Longevity, Experts Say

Ivanka Trump, daughter of President Donald Trump, has been making headlines again with her fitness routine, this time involving paddleboarding. The 44-year-old mother of three has been openly sharing her active lifestyle, which includes a variety of exercises such as resistance training, racquet sports, and jiu-jitsu. Recently, she has been spotted paddleboarding in her home state of Florida, where she was photographed in a black athletic mini-dress with matching visor and sunglasses on Nov. 15.

In an Instagram post last year, Trump shared a video of her exercise routine, which included various gym equipment, describing how her focus shifted to weightlifting and resistance training after moving to Miami. She emphasized the importance of foundational movements like squats, deadlifts, hinges, pushes, and pulls for functional strength.

Celebrity personal trainer Kollins Ezekh, who also practices paddleboarding, explained the health benefits of the activity, noting that it engages the core, upper back, and lower body muscles, improving balance and coordination. Physical therapist Rachel Williamson added that paddleboarding can help prevent age-related balance decline and promote brain health by challenging both mental and physical abilities.

Experts like Ezekh and Williamson have emphasized that paddleboarding offers numerous benefits for all ages and fitness levels, from stress reduction to strengthening core muscles and improving posture. The activity is considered effective for maintaining physical and cognitive health, especially as people age.

Despite the lack of direct comment from Trump’s representatives, the activity has sparked interest in its potential to promote a healthy lifestyle.
