Russian security forces have killed two men accused of planning to sabotage a rail line in Siberia’s Altai region. The suspects were allegedly recruited online to plant a so-called derailing device on train tracks. The FSB, Russia’s federal security service, confirmed the incident, stating that the men were linked to a plot to disrupt rail operations.
