ARMA Auctions Key Assets of Ski Resorts in Zakarpattia

In a recent move, the National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has initiated an auction process for the assets of two prominent ski resorts in the Zakarpattia region, Pylypets and Borzhava, located in the Carpathian Mountains. The auction includes land plots at the resorts, as well as the lower and upper stations of chairlifts and ski lifts. The total value of these assets is estimated at over UAH 347 million. This decision comes with the consent of the respective owners, signaling a major development in the ongoing liquidation of state-owned properties.
