ARMA Disposes of Ski Resort Assets in Carpathians

The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced its intention to auction off a collection of assets located at the Pylypets and Borzhava ski resorts in the Zakarpattia region. These assets include plots of land, as well, as the lower and upper stations of chairlifts and ski lifts. The total value of these assets, which are set to be auctioned, is over UAH 347 million. This decision has been made with the consent of the resort owners, who were presumably involved in the planning and execution of the sale process.

According to the announcement, the auction process is now in motion, and interested parties will have the opportunity to bid on these assets. The auction is expected to provide a significant influx of revenue for the state, as the total value of the assets is quite substantial. The proceeds from the auction are likely to be used for various purposes, including the repayment of debts or the funding of other state projects.

There is currently no indication that the sale of these assets will have any impact on the operation of the ski resorts themselves. However, the sale could potentially influence the future development and management of the resorts, depending on who acquires the assets and how they are utilized. The auction process will be closely monitored by both the public and industry experts, who are interested in the outcome of the sale and its implications.
