Over 200 Agreements, EUR 13 Billion in Deals Signed at Ukraine Recovery Conference

During the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2025), held in the capital of Ukraine, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal highlighted the success of the conference in securing substantial financial commitments for the country’s recovery. Over 200 agreements and memorandums were signed, representing more than EUR 13 billion in pledged funds. A significant portion, with a value of approximately EUR 2.3 billion, is set to be sourced through the Ukraine Facility program, which is designed to provide recovery support for Ukraine.

The conference, which attracted international stakeholders, aimed to strengthen partnerships and secure funding for critical infrastructure, energy, and economic development projects. Shmyhal emphasized that these agreements are a testament to the global community’s commitment to Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction. The Ukraine Facility program, established by the European Union, plays a pivotal role in channeling financial resources to ensure sustainable recovery and long-term stability.

While the focus remains on recovery and rebuilding, the conference also addressed the need for continued international support and collaboration. Shmyhal expressed gratitude to the participating nations and organizations for their contributions, stating that these agreements will serve as a foundation for Ukraine’s resilience and future growth. The EUR 13 billion in commitments represents a significant milestone in the country’s path toward recovery, with the Ukraine Facility program acting as a key facilitator in mobilizing resources for critical development projects.
