Bill Clinton’s Birthday Note to Jeffrey Epstein Revealed

The Wall Street Journal has revealed that former US President Bill Clinton wrote a personal note for Jeffrey Epstein’s 2003 birthday album, praising his ‘childlike curiosity’ and expressing reassurance about his long survival. The note adds to the ongoing political scrutiny surrounding Epstein’s connections, including accusations against Trump and Democrats.

Clinton’s note was included in Epstein’s birthday album, which was compiled for the disgraced financier and convicted sex offender ahead of his 50th birthday. The report comes as Trump and top Democrats continue to trade accusations over past connections to Epstein, who died in a Manhattan jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on new sex-trafficking charges.

According to the WSJ, the album included a handwritten message from Clinton: ‘It’s reassuring isn’t it, to have lasted as long, across all the years of learning and knowing, adventures and [illegible word], and also to have your childlike curiosity, the drive to make a difference and the solace of friends.’ Billionaire Leon Black, fashion designer Vera Wang, and media mogul Mort Zuckerman were also among the high-profile figures who contributed messages to the album.

A spokesman for Clinton declined to comment on the note but reiterated that the former president had severed ties with Epstein long before his 2019 arrest and was unaware of his alleged crimes.

Last week, the WSJ reported that the same album included a letter from President Donald Trump featuring a drawing of a naked woman. Trump responded with a defamation suit.

Both senior Democrats and some of Trump’s allies have accused the Department of Justice and the FBI of a coverup, after the agencies denied the existence of Epstein’s client list and found no foul play in his death, which was officially ruled a suicide. Trump, for his part, has claimed that the Epstein case is being used to discredit his presidency.
