The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has expanded access to the special tax regime Diia.City for companies engaged in digital modeling of buildings and processing of audiovisual works, according to the Ministry of Digital Transformation. This move aims to stimulate investment and innovation in the digital sector by providing favorable tax conditions.
Diia.City, a special economic regime designed to attract investment and promote digital transformation, now includes additional sectors such as digital building modeling and audiovisual processing. The expansion reflects Ukraine’s broader strategy to align with international standards in digital services and infrastructure.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation emphasized that the updated regime will create new business opportunities and encourage the participation of both domestic and international companies in Ukraine’s digital economy. This initiative is part of the government’s long-term vision to position Ukraine as a leading hub for digital innovation and technological advancement.
