Kentucky Judge Accused of Sexual Exploitation in Town, Killed in Chambers by Sheriff
Kentucky Judge Kevin Mullins, who was shot and killed in his chambers in 2024, is now accused of demanding sexual favors from women in exchange for legal help. According to a woman who claims she attended sex parties for the judge, Mullins allegedly ran a scheme where women would exchange sex for legal benefits. The allegations have come to light following the judge’s murder, which was allegedly carried out by a local sheriff, Shawn Stines.
Tya Adams, who claims to have attended these parties, told News Nation that she was forced to keep quiet about what was taking place. She said she feared retribution from the legal system and Child Protective Services. Adams described the situation as consensual but added that it was something that was expected of them, given their youth, and that the town was complicit in the acts.
Sarah Davis, a former deputy at Letcher County jail, said that she had heard similar stories but never witnessed anyone initiating sexual encounters. She called the situation
