Education Department Orders Denver School District to Repeal All-Gender Bathroom Policy

The U.S. Department of Education has found that Denver Public Schools violated Title IX by implementing all-gender bathrooms, which the agency claims allows students to use facilities based on their gender identity rather than biological sex. The Office for Civil Rights initiated an investigation into East High School after the district converted a girls’ bathroom into an all, gender restroom, leaving a separate boys’ bathroom on the same floor.
