In a significant move to preserve and restore Ukraine’s cultural heritage, the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications has entered into agreements with UNESCO and key national institutions. These memorandums, signed with the Kharkiv Korolenko State Scientific Library, the Khark. I. Kotlyarevsky National University of Arts, and the Stolyarsky Odesa State Musical Lyceum, aim to support the reconstruction of cultural sites affected by the ongoing conflict.
