Intergal-Bud Secures 293 Agreements Under 2025 e-House Program

As of mid-September 2025, the construction company Intergal-Bud has signed 293 agreements under Ukraine’s eHouse (eOselia) program, marking a significant milestone in the company’s participation in the state initiative. The agreements, which span a variety of construction projects, include 190 contracts for ongoing developments and 103 agreements for buildings that have already been completed and are in operation. These developments reflect Intergal-Bud’s continued involvement in the public housing and infrastructure projects that have been a cornerstone of Ukraine’s economic recovery and modernization efforts.

The eOselia program, officially known as the eHouse initiative, is a key state-led effort aimed at digitizing and streamlining the construction and housing sectors. By leveraging digital tools and standardized procedures, the program seeks to enhance efficiency, reduce bureaucratic hurdles, and ensure quality standards across residential and commercial construction projects. Intergal-Bud’s success in securing a substantial number of agreements under this framework underscores its position as a leading player in the Ukrainian construction industry and its alignment with the government’s broader economic and social development goals.

Intergal-Bud’s press service provided the latest update on the company’s progress with the eOselia program to Interfax-Ukraine, emphasizing the company’s commitment to fulfilling its contractual obligations and contributing to the nation’s housing and infrastructure needs. The firm’s achievement also highlights the growing role of private sector participation in state-led initiatives, which is seen as a crucial factor in driving economic growth and improving public services. As the eOselia program continues to expand, Intergal-Bud’s success may serve as a model for other construction firms in the country, encouraging greater participation and innovation in the sector.
