Ukraine’s Top Sanctions Advisor Convenes With British Weapons Monitoring Group

Senior advisor Vladyslav Vlasiuk, who oversees Ukraine’s sanctions policy, met with Conflict Armament Research (CAR) representatives to discuss the impact of supply chain disruptions on global conflict zones. CAR, a UK-based organization, tracks the flow of military equipment and has previously identified the use of counterfeit components in conflicts involving Russia, Iran, and North Korea. The meeting is part of broader efforts to enforce sanctions and monitor arms proliferation, with officials expressing concern over the increasing reliance on fake parts by these nations, which could destabilize regional security.
